Argo Tractors, a multinational company with a long history in the production of high-quality tractors, with its historic brands Landini and McCormick, faced a crucial challenge: modernising its digital presence and strengthening its global communication. With headquarters in Fabbrico, Reggio Emilia, and branches around the world, the company needed an innovative approach to unify and enhance its marketing and communication strategy.

At the beginning of the process, Argo‘s social media presence reflected the commercial organisation of each branch, each with its own social media page, website area and dealers. However, this natural approach often created complications in the management and optimisation of resources, as well as undermining brand consistency. The first phase of our intervention was to merge all these pages into a single global presence, centralizing content management, while ensuring uniform and coordinated communication on social media and at the same time leaving autonomous to the locations located.

The introduction of advanced tools, such as a social brand book, a single shared monitoring system and a web campaign deployment system, together with ongoing support on how to use these tools effectively, represented a turning point for Argo Tractors in its approach to digital marketing and return on investment.

This constant support in dialogue with the various offices on procedures, tools and objectives for brand visibility and lead acquisition, thanks to the support of the marketing department and Lovemark consultancy, has meant that the task of standardising worldwide communication has become an ambitious project that will also involve the dealer network in the near future. The sales and service network is already equipped with web communication tools provided by Argo, which increasingly need to be coordinated and managed. This will allow dealers to gain greater online visibility and benefit from strong global communication coordination. Although there are some critical issues, this activity offers numerous opportunities for growth and consolidation of brand identity.
