Avvera, a consumer credit company belonging to the Credito Emiliano Banking Group, one of Italy’s top 10 credit institutions, has renewed its partnership with Lovemark for an ambitious project: the graphic restyling of the company’s website, with a particular focus on the usability of content on mobile devices.

Aware of the importance of an optimal user experience for both desktop and mobile users, Avvera and Lovemark decided to tackle the challenge of improving the site’s usability with a “mobile-first” approach, ensuring that it was fully responsive and adapted to any device.

The first step in the project was a meeting between the two teams to establish key objectives and define guidelines for the site’s restructuring. Both companies shared a common vision: a website that offered intuitive and smooth navigation, a clear presentation of Avvera’s services, and a design that allowed the company to express its positioning, all without sacrificing the excellent indexing achieved with the previous platform.

The entire content architecture was redesigned, eliminating non-indexed elements and restructuring the menu with a mobile perspective in mind. The product content itself was then graphically reworked and streamlined to achieve greater relevance and ease of consultation.

Another aspect taken into consideration during this restyling was colour, which was chosen based on the principle of perfect legibility, thanks to an appropriate contrast between text and background. This decision had a significant impact on the usability of the site, making it easier to read web pages and consult content on any type of screen.

In addition to the attention to design, Lovemark implemented additional features to further improve the user experience.

During the development process, Avvera and Lovemark performed rigorous testing to ensure that the site met cybersecurity compliance standards through the execution of VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing).

The mobile-friendly interface has improved the browsing experience for users on mobile devices, increasing overall satisfaction and engagement. In addition, the attention paid to colour choices has created an inclusive digital environment where all users can access content easily and without barriers.

This renewed collaboration is a testament to how combining expertise and vision can lead to extraordinary results. Through this shared commitment, Avvera and Lovemark have demonstrated how user-centred design can truly make a difference in creating inclusive and meaningful digital experiences.
