BPER Leasing is the benchmark for the national market of leasing services for businesses and individuals. Founded under the name Sardaleasing in 1978 by Banco di Sardegna, it became part of the BPER group in 2001, seizing the opportunity for expansion and accompanying its partners towards a secure and informed future.

The company continues to level up its growth and pursues a structured digital marketing strategy, completely revamping its corporate identity through a restyling process that also involved its website, the creation of which was entrusted entirely to Lovemark.

The aim of this partnership was to put user needs at the heart of the design. How? By improving the user experience, building an image in line with the positioning and increasing the accessibility of the website as a digital touchpoint.

Through meetings between Lovemark’s UX and development team and experts from BPER Leasing’s target panel, we had the opportunity to gain a direct understanding of users’ behaviours, needs and points of view. The analysis was fundamental in identifying areas for improvement and evaluating insights that could leverage the expectations of customers and prospects. The information acquired was invaluable in defining and limiting the scope of the project, guiding the subsequent stages of its implementation.

Together, the two companies designed the information structure, analysing priorities and hierarchies to guide and reorganise the content on the new website, also considering the logic and relationships between them. This process involved the creation of a well-defined and intuitive site map, facilitating user experience. The content was structured in a hierarchical and logical order, allowing users to easily find what they need.

Subsequently, the content relating to products and services was graphically revisited and optimised to ensure greater relevance and ease of consultation, while maintaining consistency with the BPER Group’s corporate identity.

In order to further enhance the accessibility of the site, Lovemark has implemented new features aimed at improving the user experience. This effort was not limited to aesthetics, but also included careful attention to overall usability for all people with a wide range of needs, given their condition, including temporary, permanent and situational disabilities, with the aim of complying with regulations.

During development, BPER Leasing and Lovemark conducted rigorous testing to ensure that the site met high standards of IT security compliance, subjecting it to Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VAPT).

The careful identification of BPER Leasing’s users has fostered the establishment of authentic connections, integrating the website into the company’s consulting process. This synergy between the site and the motivation behind the service has helped to build an engaging and unique narrative, consolidating BPER Leasing’s position as a beloved, reliable and accessible brand.

In conclusion, in a constantly changing digital environment, the Web Design strategy for BPER Leasing has proven to be a success story, demonstrating that alignment between analysis and design can generate extraordinary and long-lasting results.
