Cis chooses Lovemark for a large-scale project, which includes Brand Solution, Content&Design, Lead Generation and Tech&Dev services.

 

Cis is the service company of Unindustria Reggio Emilia which for over 30 years has been designing and developing services for business management, training and consultancy courses, acting as a reference of excellence for the growth and development of professional skills and human capital.

Cis relied on the expertise of Lovemark in Digital Marketing to strengthen its identity and communicate, in a new way, its values and commitment.

The activity carried out was carried out on various services, each of which was studied and accompanied by a phase of analysis, consultancy and strategic coordination of activities through weekly meetings with the management and project representatives.

Lead generation: promotion of services

Much importance, during this collaboration, was given to the Advertising part to promote the courses and training paths, giving main emphasis to the ITS and IFTS paths for young people, to the funded courses carried out at the CIS itself and to the Masters offered by the company, for which Lovemark followed the different phases of the activity in every detail.

For each campaign activated, after a preliminary analysis aimed at studying the reference market and defining the KPIs, a promotional campaign strategy was created, in which budgets, timing and the services to be sponsored were defined.

This analysis phase was followed by the creation of the announcements, of which visual, copy and campaign settings were taken care of, and the construction of landing pages with the related part of tracking the analytics, with the final objective of collecting contacts of possible participants in the courses.

A promotional and monitoring activity that involved the various digital platforms, from Google, through Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, up to TikTok and Spotify.

This also completes a Social Media Management activity carried out on the three reference social networks Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, which involved the creation and publication of at least 20 posts per month and an “always on” content promotion campaign.

Branding solutions: a new logo and coordinated image to convey Cis values

Among the numerous graphic contents that the Graphic&Design team created for Cis, including brochures, materials for publication in newspapers and billboards, of great importance was the revisiting of the company logo and the study of a new brand image.

Starting from the customer brief, Lovemark created a new logo and a coherent concept that highlighted the value pillars on which Cis stands, inevitably also modifying its positioning.
With the new payoff, “People, businesses, future”, it was in fact decided to underline the importance given to continuous investment in the growth of people, who are accompanied with training, consultancy and development projects and helped to find their space in an increasingly advanced market context.

From the creation of the logo and the new image we then moved on to its declination on company tools: a fundamental step to give coherence to internal and external communication and create an even stronger and more defined Brand Identity.

Tech&Development: a new corporate site

Lovemark’s Teach&Development team was also involved in this extensive digital project for the design and creation of the new Corporate website.

After a long process characterized by meetings with the Management and working groups, coordination of activities, collection of materials from the contacts and contact with suppliers, the site has been completely renewed in its graphics, structure and contents.

The sitemap has been revised, creating a solid hierarchical structure, and thus making navigation more functional and usable for the user.

The course catalog has been updated with new filters that allow a search by month and category and the courses are also presented in their different editions.

The site has also been revamped in a way that is perfectly consistent with the new Cis image, with a new, minimal but extremely functional and engaging layout that winks at the concept of user-friendly.

An all-round, fruitful and stimulating collaboration, which paves the way for new projects for the future.
