Accessibility as a continuous and strategic process
Lovemark implemented a rigorous and structured operational approach to help Credemtel build a digital environment that is a model of accessibility. The process is divided into three key phases, aimed at ensuring not only compliance with WCAG guidelines, but also the integration of sustainable and lasting accessibility practices:
1. Assessment – The collaboration began with a detailed technical analysis of GAW and Business On, Credemtel’s digital applications, and their main sections, focusing on critical elements such as colour contrast, readability and keyboard navigability. Lovemark carried out tests on selected platforms and screens using assistive technologies such as screen readers and brain pointers, in collaboration with expert partners, to accurately identify each access point to be optimised and define priorities for action.
Lovemark also adopts a structured method to improve the accessibility and usability of digital interfaces, approaching each project with a thorough focus on users’ access and navigation needs. This methodology involves two phases, Remediation and Maintenance, followed by internal training, which aim to transform the digital experience into an inclusive and intuitive space.
2. Remediation – Identifying and optimising critical areas
When areas for improvement are identified, Lovemark intervenes with practical solutions to refine the accessibility of digital interfaces. Every element of the screens is optimised, from colour readability to label clarity and keyboard usability, with a focus on documentation and technical recommendations to ensure accessible consultation.
Maintenance and continuous updates
To support improvements over time, Lovemark provides a monitoring and periodic update service, ensuring that digital content remains compliant with WCAG standards and responds to changes in audience and regulations. Part of the methodology also includes updating the annual accessibility statement as defined by the standard, in order to ensure transparency and commitment to inclusion.
Internal training for continuous focus on accessibility
Consolidating a culture of accessibility is a fundamental goal. Lovemark designs training courses that help teams integrate the principles of usability and inclusivity into their daily practices. The training modules cover crucial topics such as creating accessible content and optimising navigation, helping to raise awareness and empower staff to manage digital development in an inclusive manner.
This approach makes our customers’ digital experience more inclusive, promoting an accessible and future-oriented online environment.
A long-term strategic partnership
Credemtel’s vision goes beyond simply achieving regulatory compliance. The collaboration with Lovemark represents a long-term commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accessibility in every new product or update, adopting an accessibility by design approach.
Towards a more equitable and accessible digital world
This project not only positions Credemtel as an innovative leader in terms of accessibility, but also has a tangible impact on every person who accesses its platforms. The holistic and proactive approach ensures a strong and lasting relationship with customers, based on trust, inclusivity and accessibility. Thanks to its partnership with Lovemark, the company not only meets regulatory requirements, but also strengthens its commitment to a future in which no digital barriers can limit the potential of its users.
