Smartbox, the number one brand in Italy and Europe in the gift experience sector, chose the creativity and advertising expertise of Lovemark for a LinkedIn campaign in the Christmas spirit.

 

This collaboration arose from Smartbox’s need to find a digital agency to support and manage the Christmas social campaign for Business Solutions, the Smartbox Business Unit dedicated to business solutions.

The goal of generating new leads that emerged from the preliminary meeting with the client was confirmed by the analysis and subsequently concretised with a social adv strategy along the funnel

  • Consideration phase: with the creation of a creative video and accompanying copy to create and monitor interest in the topic
  • Conversion phase: addressing the retargeting of the audience involved in the first phase and a new, additional audience created by lookalike
  • Lead generation.

The campaign, launched on LinkedIn in the pre-holiday period, was aimed at large companies in major Italian cities.
The implementation and monitoring of the activity was carried out by a synergetic collaboration between our Social and Advertising teams.

The Social department, together with the graphic designers, took care of creating the content suitable for the platform, following the concept suggested by Smartbox itself, Regala momenti insieme (Gift moments together). An image aimed precisely at emphasising the emotional side of the given experience, the company’s true core and the reason why it can be considered a pioneer in the sector.

The Advertising department, on the other hand, managed the campaign in its various phases, from the set up of the multiple advertisements, through an activity optimisation process, to the achievement of the objective initially set by the client.

A fruitful collaboration that closed 2021 with a smile, laying the foundations for the development of future projects between Smartbox and Lovemark.

A wide-ranging project that has already seen the birth of several dedicated websites and that continues to expand its network for different countries around the world, thus advancing the importance of an internationalisation process within companies: a process that allows the introduction into new markets, aimed at finding new customers and partners abroad to expand one’s business.
