Granarolo‘s objective was to create a portal for the promotion of the points collection linked to the Yomino brand, the 100% natural snack yoghurt designed especially for children.

To meet the brief’s request, the Lovemark development team thought of a project on the WordPress platform, entirely customised and which also recalled the more playful side of the brand.

The result is a website made up of two different sections: one is public, where the user can navigate to discover the prizes, the products associated with the points collection and the methods of participation; the second section, private and with access via credentials, was designed for the creation of a pre-filled, individual points card, on which to have fun pasting the stamps obtained.

For this project, Lovemark worked in collaboration with the company Promo Service Parma, a global interlocutor that supports its customers in the construction of their Contact Centre: an activity carried out together and which covered numerous tasks, from the study of flows and the customisation of the CRM management to the reprocessing of the data collected and their translation into reusable feedback from the marketing, sales and post-sales sectors.

To emphasise the more playful nature of the product, Lovemark has included on the platform created a section dedicated to interactive gaming with characters from the Angry Birds video game; a puzzle game suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced players alike, and downloadable wallpapers on which to stick stick stickers found in Yomino’s packaging.

Lovemark has thus translated the essence of a product and a brand into an engaging and fun website suitable for all ages.
